I don’t lead from behind a desk — I lead from classrooms, community centers, and campuses.

My work is grounded in hands-on partnerships with elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as colleges and universities, where I collaborate directly with educators, administrators, students, and industry partners to design programs that meet real community needs.

From early STEM exposure to advanced technical pathways, I focus on building continuity — ensuring students don’t just start curious, but stay supported as they grow.

Every initiative is built alongside the community it serves, with education, workforce readiness, and long-term impact at the center.
